NHPQ Circular Cement Expansion Mold
>> This expansion mold is made in conformance with standards of ISO 10426-5 and GB/T 33293. It is designed to measure the shrinkage and expansion properties of oil well cement under atmospheric pressure.
>> The entire mold is made of stainless steel, which is durable in use.
>> The standard kit also includes a micrometer and a micrometer stand, satisfying requirements on data measurement after tests.
>> Possessed with good elasticity, the outer ring is able to resist permanent deformation with proper use.

Elasticity of the outer ring shall be calibrated once a year. While calibrating, 1000g±1g of force shall be applied on the mold. Distance between two measurement steel balls shall increase 2mm±0.3mm and permanent deformation doesn’t occur. Force shall be applied vertically (90°) to the slit to avoid any test error. The test shall be performed at least three times to obtain an average value with a standard deviation of 0.05mm.
